meet the staff

We go to extreme lengths to make our customers feel special and are committed to the highest standards of work. We are polite and courteous at all times.

All our Technicians strive to improve every day, to improve customer service and to improve their technical abilities.

We all felt very proud when in 1999 we achieved ISO recognition for the Quality Management Systems we incorporate in the day to day running of all the companies within the Woodley Auto’s Group. To maintain this recognition, we are audited twice each year by an external auditor.
Woodley Auto’s Group believes in investing in the future. It has embarked on an ambitious training programme to ensure it continues to have available the very highest level of technical skills possible. The apprentices serve a four year apprenticeship with Woodley Auto’s Group which incorporates a three year college course, gaining their City and Guilds and NVQ Motor Mechanics qualifications. Each apprentice is assigned to work alongside an experienced technician or Parts Person and are rotated within the company to gain maximum knowledge and skills. All our apprentices were chosen by us or selected by their college to join our team.
